A 35+ year IT career as a System Engineer, Developer, and Project/Team Lead, combined with a sharp eye for detail and a feel for the small irritations that add up to real drop-off. That means every finding goes further than just what goes wrong: also why it goes wrong, the impact it has, and what a realistic fix or improvement looks like within your technical environment.
