Background
A 35+ year IT career as a System Engineer, Developer, and Project/Team Lead, combined with a sharp eye for detail and a feel for the small irritations that add up to real drop-off. That means every finding is well-founded and goes further than just what goes wrong: also why it goes wrong – technical or not – the impact it has, and what a realistic fix or improvement looks like within your environment.
